This handsome 1913 craftsman villa was designed by John Hudson Thomas. It had been seriously neglected at the time it was purchased by the current owners. In addition to adding a new kitchen, four new bathrooms, a family room and bedroom, the rehabilitation included a complete upgrade of all building systems. Critical to the success of the project was the careful study of Thomas’s original plans and restoration of the interior features including extensive redwood trim. The house was converted from a building designed to be run by staff to a welcoming home for a family of six plus a very large dog!
